Dr. Corynne Alberts is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor, Craniosacral Therapist, and Apothecary Owner based out of Monmouth County, NJ.  She has a B.S. in Biology from Stockton University in New Jersey and a doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the University of Bridgeport College of Naturopathic Medicine.  She is licensed in the state of Connecticut, as NJ does not yet offer licensure. Â
Dr. Corynne Alberts sees patients of all ages and specializes in general health/well-being, gastrointestinal health, autoimmunity, endocrinology, metabolic disorders, nutrition, etc.  She utilizes botanical medicine, nutraceuticals, supplementation, and diet/lifestyle modifications when applicable, and offers hands on services like craniosacral therapy and constitutional hydrotherapy.

INITIALÂ VISIT
$275 FOR 90 MINUTES
Initial visits include a thorough review and discussion of case history, including past medical history, any present illness or concerns, family and social history, lab results, and a general review of systems. During your initial visit, we will set goals for treatment, based on your chief concerns, which address obstacles hindering progress, and provide new tools to optimize health such as modifying diet and lifestyle, botanical medicine, nutraceutical and supplement support, physical medicine, craniosacral therapy, homeopathy, and other naturopathic medical interventions.
INITIAL FOLLOW UP VISIT
$150 FOR 45 MINUTES-1 HOUR
Follow up visits include review and discussion of patient's progress since last office visit and treatment plan, including clarifications on supplementation protocol, any questions regarding lifestyle changes, assessment of lab results, etc. Follow up visits allow us to monitor your progress and ensure we stay on track toward the fulfillment of treatment goals.
SECOND FOLLOW UP VISIT
(10 – 12 WEEKS AFTER INITIAL VISIT)
$150 FOR 45 MINUTES – 1 HOUR
This follow up visit includes discussion of any labs requiring reassessment, patient's progress toward treatment goals, lifestyle and dietary changes, adjustments to individualized protocol to maintain progress. Includes 15 minute complimentary craniosacral session.
THIRD FOLLOW UP VISIT
(16-18 WEEKS AFTER INITIAL VISIT)
$150 FOR 45 MINUTES – 1 HOUR
This follow up visit includes discussion of most recent lab results in order to monitor patient's progress toward treatment goals, modification to individualized protocol based on lab re-evaluation, discussion of any supportive changes regarding diet and lifestyle. Includes 15 minute complimentary craniosacral session.

Visits focused on craniosacral therapy include a brief review and discussion of the area of chief concern, followed by gentle, hands on healing, and subtle, targeted manipulations of joints, muscles, and everything involving the fascia system.
The fascia system is a network of connective tissue, which can be described as a fluid matrix within the body. This fluid matrix is designed to allow the exchange of vital information responsible for maintaining health within the body, such as hormone levels, chemical messengers, bioelectric and biomagnetic information. The fascia system connects to every part of the body from head to toe, front to back, surrounding every organ, every blood vessel, every nerve, every bone, every muscle. Our goal in craniosacral therapy is to decrease restrictions in the fascia system to allow the free flow and exchange of fluids. The emphasis of treatment is to encourage and enhance the body's own self-healing and self-regulating capabilities.

Visits include a brief review and discussion of the chief concern and case history, followed by constitutional hydrotherapy treatment. It helps to enhance the immune response, improves metabolic function and nutrient absorption, encourages detoxification, and helps to restore balance to the nervous system. By definition, constitutional hydrotherapy includes a series of hot and cold compresses which are applied to the chest, abdomen and back in conjunction with mild sine wave or other electrical stimulation to the back and abdomen. Treatments are individualized based on the patients presenting oral temperature, and their case history.
