Peaceful Tranquili-Tea Blend

A gentle, non dependence forming, caffeine free tea blend that combines anxiety fighting, calming herbs such as chamomile, lavender,  passionflower and others that help to relieve stress and invite one into a space of peaceful tranquility. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. We recommend that you consult with a qualified healthcare practitioner before using herbal products, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, or on any medications.
 
Dose: 2 heaping tablespoons per 8 oz of water. A tea ball, muslin bag, or a tea strainer work perfectly for this one. Let the kettle whistle, allow it to cool for one minute, pour over the herbs and allow to steep for 10 minutes. Add honey to taste, and enjoy!
